RETURN POLICY

• You have up to 14 days upon receiving shipment to return items and Item(s) must be in new, unused condition with original tags attached
• Orders must be returned by mail only using a tracked shipping method
• Shipping Charges, Duties and Taxes are non-refundable
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for items not purchased from www.originkicks.co.uk (All In-store purchases must be returned in one of our retail stores with-in 7 days for exchange or store credit only).

• Return Label Fee £‌5.00 (Will be deducted from your return).

DISCLAIMER

• Frequent returns or unusual patterns/activity will be flagged in our system.
• If we notice that our return policy is being abused or we identify an unusual pattern/activity we may cancel or refuse current, future order(s) and returns.
