Orders below £300 - £4.99 (We aim to deliver within 3-5 business days after your order has been accepted, excluding weekends.)
Orders Above - Free

£7.99 (We aim to deliver your order within 1-2 business days after your order has been placed. Your order will be eligible for Express Shipping if it has been placed before 13:00 PM (GMT) on Monday-Friday. If placed after this time, we will aim to dispatch your order for delivery on the following business day, which excludes weekends.)

Our aim is to ship all Express orders on the same working day via UPS if the order is placed by 13pm (Monday-Friday). If on the off chance we have already had our pick up before that time, we will ship it out on the next working day.
All orders placed after 13:00 pm (GMT) Friday will be shipped out on a Monday.
Delivery is usually next working day if your order is shipped Monday-Thursday, but on the rare chance it can take up to 2 working days max once shipped. If your order is shipped on a Friday it will most likely be delivered on a Monday.

Please note that once your order is confirmed, we are unable to amend the delivery address or method, or any details within your order, such as product, number of products, size, colour.

All of our shipments are fully tracked, and we will send your tracking information via email once your order has dispatched. If you placed an order for multiple items, these may be shipped in separate parcels. If applicable, you will receive a tracking number for each parcel.

If you provided a valid mobile number when placing your order, our delivery partner may also send you delivery notifications by SMS. 


All orders are screened for fraud prior to shipping. If they are not automatically approved there can be a delay in shipping to you, if your order is declined by our system it will be automatically refunded. 

We do not deliver to certain addresses such as student/campus accommodation, hotels, restaurants, stores, or forwarding addresses. If we notice you have ordered from any of the above we will cancel and refund your order during our processing period.
