The Role:

As a Christmas Temp Sales Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, supporting sales performance, and ensuring the store’s visual and operational standards are maintained during our peak season.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and offer personalised product recommendations.
• Sales Performance: Actively drive sales by identifying customer needs and promoting products, aiming to meet individual and team targets.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range to provide informed recommendations.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure product displays are clean, tidy, and meet company visual standards.
• Inventory Support: Assist in stock handling, replenishment, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Operations and Housekeeping: Support daily operational tasks, maintain cleanliness, and follow company policies to ensure a safe environment.
• Returns and Exchanges: Assist customers with returns and exchanges, ensuring a smooth process.

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for Sneakers and Fashion: A genuine interest in sneakers and streetwear.
• Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not essential.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage with customers and team members effectively.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Adaptability and Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure visual and operational standards are met consistently.
• Quick Learner: Ability to grasp new processes and product information quickly.
